Below is the link to various court documents (including copy of the chargesheet filed against Chari and his gang) and police records which prove that Sahaj marg is more of a criminal gang rather than a spiritual society.

Ajay Kumar Bhatter has been removed from the post of "divinity on earth in waiting" aka next Master of SRCM, this is a repeat of what all transcript-ed during the last days of founder of sahaj marg in 1982-83 time frame.
There were some talks that Ajay Bhatter resigned because of his consciousness, as some were of the opinion that he did not want to run a gang which has nothing to do with spirituality but projects itself as such. We cannot say that Ajay resigned coz of his consciousness, he is a trained sahajmargi and simply does not have any consciousness, nor he possess the ability to think rationally and behave in a sane manner. People infected by sahaj marg become insane, (for those who do not understanding meaning of insane, it represents those people who do not have the capacity to understanding the POV of another human)

This change of guard by chari and his company is because of what they did close to 25 yrs back. I have personally interviewed various people who are now in their 70's, and based on it, i can confidently state that sahaj marg as we know it today, is going to end with the death of Chari, for the simple reason that there will be too many factions of sahaj marg operating independently and will be thirsty for the blood of every other faction and in the process they will end-up eradicating sahaj marg. This has begun right from 1983, Navneet, kasturi, raghevendra rao, chari and K C Narayana have done it before and what remains of chari group will be eroded by Uma shanker bajpai, AP durai, krishna, Ajay and few more people. Sahaj marg makes a person greedy and in-sensitive towards other and make them immune to love of those who are not in this cult. They have to pay a good price for the harm they have caused to humanity, sahaj marg will remain till its karma is not over, once they have paid the price of their deeds they will be eradicated by history.

This revision is filed against the order of judicial magistrate passed on 25.08.08 regarding case number 220/08. (Amreesh kumar v/s Uma Shanker Bajpai). In this petition it is said that the said order passed is against the spirit of the law and has ignored the malafide acts of the responded. The basis of this petition is, there is a case between the two parties is currently pending in the Supreme Court, where arguments have been herd and the decision is reserved, even after this, the respondent has on 21.09.07 published a statement in hindi daily Dainik Jagran on page 3 of the paper, the statement published was:-

After supreme court acknowledged Chari as undisputed president, activities in the shahjahanpur ashram have taken pace and chariji have come here after a gap of 19 years and 8 months

According to the caretaker this statement is misleading for public and members of Ram Chandra Mission. Hon. Supreme court has not passed any order, and order is reserved, a false statement was sent to the newspaper, and newspaper also published the same without any verification.

Arguments from both the parties have been heard and revision petition carefully read.

Facts of the issue 220/08 Ram Chandra mission V/s Uma Shanker bajpai is as follows:-

That, society ram Chandra mission was registered in 1945 by ram Chandra ji maharaj alias babuji. In 1983 when babuji died, his son umesh Chandra saxena was elected as president of society whereas one of his disciple p. rajagopalachari who also wanted to become president started running his own parallel group from Chennai.

On 3 november 2003 Umesh Chandra saxena also expired and his son navneet kumar saxena was elected as president of the society. On 7^th November 2003 members from chari group tried to capture the ashram forcefully in which police did not take any action, case is pending in shahjahanpur court.

District magistrate of shahjahanpur allowed members from chari group to visit shahajahanpur ashram for 2 hr, due to which threat of forceful capture was raised by the petitioner, but chari group was captured the ashram on 2.4.06 without any order from the court. Violent incident took place in which petitioner was wounded, case regarding same is pending.

Navneet kumar saxena has filed a petition in Hon. Supreme Court from society ram Chandra mission, which is pending, case number 6619/2000 which is under condition arguments heard, decision reserved. During this a statement was published from uma shanker bajpai on 21.09.07 on page 3 of hindi daily dainik jagran that supreme court has accepted chariji as president, after which activities in shahjahanour ashram has increaded, and chari is able to come to ashram after a gap of 19 years and 8 months. According to caretaker, this statement is totally false and is a lie. There is no order issues by the supreme court in this regard and this petition is filed to issue notices to the concerned parties.

Statements of Amressh kumar was recorded under CrPC 200 and witness Ram Mohan shrivastava and kaushak kishor have recoded their statements under CrPC 202.

The petition was rejected by the district court after hearing arguments on the basis that petitioner has failed to prove that intention behind the publishing of the report was cunning and was to mislead public, and any report published in newspaper cannot be taken as evidence in court. As such the petition was rejected on this ground.

Learned counsel of petitioner in his argument has said that any report published in a daily is admissible in court and also the published report was a deliberate attempt from the respondent to mislead the public, hence it is a criminal offence under section 199 of IPC.

Which states that if someone makes a statement, or signs a statement which is to be taken as evidence in any court or by any public servant or anyone who is appointed by the law makes such a statement which s/he is aware that the statement made will be/can be used as a logical evidence and deliberately makes that false statement, while knowing that the statement made is false in order to misguide the agency or person, will be treated as giving a false evidence and will be punished as such. As such the main points of the IPC 199 are as follows:-

Section 200 of the IPC deals with the declaration of any false fact with intention to present it as truth, important aspects of IPC 200 are as follows:-

Both the sections of IPC also states that even if such declarations are made informally, such a declaration comes under purview of these sections.

Council of the petitioner has said in his argument that the lower court has stated that a newspaper report is not admissible as evidence in court is not correct, the news article published in the print is also published in the website of the hindi daily, and according to revised law of evidence section 65-A and 65-B any news report published in electronic media is admissible as evidence in court, section 81 of Indian evidence act deals with the truism of any news article published in print media, council has also stated that various order passed by courts are printed in print media and same is used as a reference by courts in giving any judgement. Based in these arguments council has urged that decision that any news article published in print media is not admissible as evidence in court is baseless.

Statement made by the respondent that chari ji is an acknowledge president of SRCM by supreme court is also absolutely false, because till date there has not been any judgement issued by the Hon Supreme Court, on the contrary the order of supreme court related to civil petition 6619/2000 was delivered in 29^th april 2008, which stated that P. Rajagopalachari cannot be successor in the direct line, therefore the reference to the supreme court order was also false, therefore such a declaration come under purview of section 200 of IPC, and is considered a cognisable offence.

In the order of Hon Supreme court related to civil petition 6619/2000 which was delivered in 29^th april 2008, the consequence of taking back the application on 10.7.97 is also explained on page 10, which states that all the proceedings related to case which is with-drown is totally wiped out. Therefore if we consider the Supreme Court order dated after the date of publication of report, no such order was passed which was said in the newspaper report under consideration here. Therefore the respondent has made a false declaration, which was then published in a news paper also, in an attempt to misguide the members of the society.

Therefore the bases on which the petition was rejected in the lower court was not valid, the arguments given in the order is against the sprit of the law, therefore the said order is liable to be rejected and revision petition is liable to be accepted.

Criminal revision petition is accepted. Order passed for dispute number 220/08 Shri Ram Chandra Mission Shahjahanpur via Amreesh V/s Uma Shanker bajpai is revised and the district court is asked to re-consider the petition filed by Amressh Kumar and hear the arguments of both the parties again.

Copy of this order is to be sent to district court, both the parties are asked to be present in district court on 22.5.09.

FIR (first incident report) number is 42/08 and case number 264/07. These criminal case are registered in police station RamChandra Mission, Shahjhanpur Uttar Pradesh India, this case is for chari and associates forceful capture of Navneet's home in Shahjahanpur, and beating his mother and throwing her out of her home.

Amreesh Saxena, the person who was beten up by goons of chari, explains what exactly happened with him, when Chari's goon's captured their home in Shahjahanpur.

All this violent activity was executed in-order to legitimize Chari's SRCM, because as per Supreme Court order headquarter of SRCM cannot be moved from Shahjahanpur, but Chari was functioning from Chennai, and there was no society named SRCM with HQ in Chennai. If they had to project themselves as authentic SRCM, it was important for them to have HQ in Uttar Pradesh, they tried with all the illicit means in their hands, but could not fool people and their misdeeds are exposed here on this site.

This chargesheet is enough for a normal person to understand if this group is spiritual or not, please note, an immoral person cannot transmit divinity, he can only transmit immorality.

Chari declared himself as president of SRCM based on a nomination letter, (which was ruled as fraud by an indian court), first court ruling of 1984 was against chari, later again when charges were proved, chari re-register sahaj marg and srcm outside India, in 1997, sahaj marg and srcm were registered in USA
He is also facing cases of fraud in matters of money laundering and societies act, below is list of such fraud activity with proofs.

4. Statement issued from Shahjahanpur administrative office dated 24th April 1990, stating that president of Shree Ram Chandra Mission is S.P Shrivastava. This report confirms that chari did not had any say in SRCM activities. Where is honesty ??? where is love ??? where is the heart which chari asks his zombies to meditate upon ? Can a dishonest person claim to be spiritual ?.

Verification officer has also confirmed that above committee is taking care of everyday work of Shree Ram Chandra Mission.

While dispute was still in court, Chari using his criminal gang, attacked the property in question and captured it forcefully. On the face of all these criminal activities, these people claim:-

1. Sahaj Marg fosters universal love and brotherhood
2. Chari is a spiritual person (even though he is a fugitive)
3. They claim Religion divides
4. They claim to get people married happily
5. They claim Sahaj Marg is modified version of patanjali's Raja Yoga, Where in Raja Yoga it is preached that one should use violence to capture properties. When they follow the path of violence, how can they preach love to anyone else ? If you are member of this cult, think about it, when this cult follows path of violence, how can it teach love? hence if you want to become a criminal minded person, a zombie, join this cult, BUT if you are looking for spirituality, Sahaj Marg is not it.

7. Copy of letter sent by Navneet group to District magistrate regarding preventing Chari's gang people from entering the ashram of shahjhanpur which was later captured by chari's gang after beating women and children present in the ashram.

9. Notice sent to chari's gang, from FCRA. This notice was sent asking why chari has submitted a different bank account, other than the one which was registered with FCRA, the bank account registered with FCRA was used by Umesh Chandra saxsena.

12. Police Report of 1988, Section 145 of CrPCwas applied near the shahjanpur ashram in 1988, which was removed once Chari left the town.
The report clearly stats that since Chari is not around, there is no scope of violence in the town, hence people should be allowed to assemble and have fun, in other words, with chari's presence violence was for sure, hence the moment chari was out of town, people were free again.

Today on 08.11.2003 in presence of district collector, district magistrate, shahjahnpur, police superintendent, chief development officer additional district collector, additional district magistrate and additional police superintendent both parties on their free will and keeping in view law and order situation in the city, have agreed to sign the agreement for spiritual activities to be conducted in the ashram premises, under following conditions. With this agreement there will not be any effect on any of the cases pending in various courts about ownership of the group, nor this agreement will dilute stand of any group.

1. That first side, whose president is said to be Umesh Chandra saxena, and after him elected president is Navneet kumar saxena, will conduct their religious ritual every Sunday from morning 7 AM to 9 AM

2. That second side, whose president is said to be P. Rajagopalachari, will conduct their rituals every Sunday from 10 AM to 12 Noon.

3. That both the parties will not conduct any activity due to which any kind of law and order situation is developed, nor they will engage in kind of activity which may cause any kind of dispute.

17. P. R Krishna manages SRCM, chari claims that spiritual transmission has nothing to do with blood relation, but this Hippocratic person, has his son managing SRCM, started by Babuji. Also note that Chari marries cult members inside his cult only, but his son was not married to a girl from SRCM !!! P.R Krishna's wife was not a member of SRCM before marrige, she joined srcm after marriage only reason for this hippocratic approach is obvious, no-one wants a contaminated women in their home (including chari), all women of sahaj marg are contaminated and are not fit for married life, if by any chance they get married out side the cult, marriage will end up in divorce, or family of boy will have to become zombies, there is no other option.

20.
